These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexus AI platform and services provided at getnexusai.co.uk ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nexus AI. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Nexus AI provides a suite of AI-powered tools designed to help business owners, freelancers, and content creators produce written content including advertisements, emails, bios, blog posts, business plans, and more.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.
Nexus AI offers three subscription tiers: Starter (£19/month), Pro (£47/month), and Elite (£97/month). All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Downgrades do not result in partial refunds for the current period.
All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged until day 8. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, contact us within 30 days of your first paid charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to your first subscription period only.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. Content generated by the AI tools is provided to you for your own use. You are responsible for ensuring generated content does not infringe third-party rights.
All aspects of the Nexus AI platform — including its design, code, branding, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to Nexus AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, without refund.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
